Hosted by the Rocky Mountain Model Club (now an IPMS Canada chapter), this Annual Contest has rapidly grown to become one of the premier modelling events in western Canada. The 2010 event attracted modellers from the provinces of BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and even the U.S. Over 600 models were entered in 93 categories, ensuring there was something for all interests and skill levels.
The 2011 Contest promises once again to be a highlight of the model-builder’s calendar. Besides the competition there will be a raffle with exciting prizes, a busy swap-room, refreshments available throughout the day, and of course the chance to chat with fellow enthusiasts. The museum’s collection of real aircraft will be open to the public, and other displays are also being planned. Use the menu on the left to find all the information you need.
